What’s more, any company wishing to keep up-to-date with regard to developments in environmental legislation should be able to carry out regulatory monitoring. However, it is not possible for small organisations to examine the Belgian Official Gazette every day. The BEA therefore also offers Brussels regulatory monitoring in the environmental area. This monitoring provides a summarised overview of the different legislative texts applicable to companies, as well as a daily report on texts appearing in the Belgian Official Gazette in this area.
